Notable projects in recent years include, among many others, liturgical art, church furnishings and appointments for the new chapel at St. Vincent's Medical Center of Richmond, Staten Island, New York, a hospital run by the Sisters of Charity. Windhover Studio collaborated with noted sculptor Sr. Margaret Beaudette, S.C. on the chapel project.

Windhover also provided the design and execution of over 40 etched glass doors and partitions with images of saints, biblical scenes and various other symbols and ornaments for the renovated church and newly built parish center of St. John the Baptist, Hillsdale, N.J.
